Acoustic panels and felt ceilings at the AGH office in Kraków

The project for the AGH office in Kraków is yet another example of how the right choice of materials can transform a challenging space. Our main task was to control the excessive reverberation in this heavily used office and give it a modern feel. We combined suspended acoustic modules from the SilentScape catalog with a custom panel featuring felt slats. This approach completely transformed the space. Instead of a noisy, echoey room, we created an exceptionally comfortable and cozy office where work and conversations no longer generate exhausting noise. Crucially, we carried out the entire transformation without taking the office out of service and without disruptive renovations. This is a perfect example of how better office acoustics can look modern. Design: Wojciech Mazur
