  These are PET felt panels that absorb sound waves and reduce echo and reverberation in the room. • Can I order a custom design?

  Yes, in addition to standard products such as TileFlex, PrintSlat, and SilentScape, we also offer custom projects, which are priced on a case-by-case basis according to the s-line (9 mm) or t-line price lists. • How to keep acoustic panels clean and what to do in case of heavier soiling?

  For cleaning felt acoustic panels use a vacuum cleaner with a soft attachment to remove dust. Do not scrub the panels ,as this may cause them to pill. For heavier soiling, we recommend using a damp cloth with a mild detergent and a steam cleaner. We recommend testing the product on an unseen area first.

  We distinguish between standard, customizable, and custom products. Standard products are cataloged solutions, such as TileFlex, PrintSlat, SilentScape etc. Adaptable products are products modified on the basis of standard products at the customer’s request. Customized products are solutions made for a special design and customer order, calculated according to production price lists.

• How to install Feltdecor® acoustic panels?

  Feltdecor products are installed using polymer adhesive for wall panels. For ceiling systems
  each product package includes all necessary mounting accessories for both suspended and
  direct installation, such as cables, carabiners, ceiling brackets, hooks, and other required
